Running chromium since at least version 57 has poor video performance
with netflix, so that the images are no longer synchronized with the
voice.

I got the error message below when running this version of chromium from
a shell; it complains of a missing /usr/lib/chromium/swiftshader/libGLESv2.so:

  14686:14686:0611/093211.904336:ERROR:gl_implementation.cc(246)] Failed to load /usr/lib/chromium/swiftshader/libGLESv2.so:
  /usr/lib/chromium/swiftshader/libGLESv2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
  [14686:14686:0611/093212.108944:ERROR:gpu_child_thread.cc(174)] Exiting GPU process due to errors during initialization

It appears this version of libGLESv2 should have been installed by the
chromium package below /usr/lib/chromium.

Otherwise, chromium should look for a version of this library in the
system from other packages:

cause of the poor video performance in chromium, which does not happen
with other browsers on the same system.
