[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#854511: chromium: Media-router has been re-enabled, making cast-extension useless

I think this bug is fixed in the latest version, 59. The in-built Media Router
extension works and you don't need an extra cast-extension. At least I've been
using it to watch youtube videos on my TV for the past few days. It didn't work
in 58 but after upgrading to 59 it works fine.

Sometimes it causes segfaults however, then your chromium will keep segfaulting
every time it starts. To fix this, you can remove the extension directory, disable
the router, restart chrome, reenable the router, restart chrome again. In a script
for your convenience:
