[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#856901: chromium doesn't start with "version LIBAVCODEC_57 not defined"

Justification: renders package unusable

Dear maintainers,

starting chromium fails on 56.0.2924.76-5 ; starting from command line yields

/usr/lib/chromium/chromium: relocation error: /usr/lib/chromium/chromium:
symbol avcodec_parameters_to_context, version LIBAVCODEC_57 not defined in file
libavcodec.so.57 with link time reference

and no process is started.

Reverting to testing 56.0.2924.76-4 also fails
Only the stable version starts.
The problem seems to have appeared in v56.
