[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#857071: chromium: Icon doesn't scale properly

The Chromium icon does not scale properly between 48x48 and 24x24 in GNOME
Shell, probably because a chromium.png is missing in
/usr/share/icons/32x32/apps/ and /usr/share/icons/36x36/apps/.

The result is an ugly icon with rugged edges when the dock scales down to show
more applications. This is likely because a low-quality chromium.xpm is being
chosen for these sizes.
