[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#884173: SIGSEGV since 63.0.3239.84-1 w/ non-built-in extensions

I found that, with all versions since (and including) chromium
63.0.3239.84-1, Chromium would crash (SIGSEGV) shortly after startup or
immediately at startup.

Initially, I found that disabling the uMatrix extension I have installed
(from the Chrome Web Store) would avoid the crashes. That wasn't a
suitable work-around, so I've been held at version 63.0.3239.40-1.

I found these information interesting, relating to this bug:

1) a bug report for ArchLinux re: Media Router Component, with a comment
noting that the "load Media Router Component extension" flag may cause
Chromium to crash:

2) Debian ships Chromium with a "default-flag" to disable the media router:

> $ grep -n media /etc/chromium.d/default-flags
> 15:# Disable the builtin media router (bug #833477)
> 16:export CHROMIUM_FLAGS="$CHROMIUM_FLAGS --media-router=0"

3) a bug report for Debian, much like the ArchLinux one above:
