[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#892994: chromium 65.x issue with proxy

Package: chromium
Version: 65.0.3325.146

After updating chromium to version 65.0.3325.146 (Unstable) I'm not able to
connect with a computer behind a proxy. When I revert to 62.0.3202.89 all
is fine. The error message is:

<<<

The web page is not available ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Google Chrome could not load the web page because ...
<http://savage.nps.edu> took too long to respond. The website may be down
or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.
>>>

I don't have this issue with Chromium 65.x when there is no proxy. So it
seems related to the proxy.

The proxy on my machine is properly set and for example I can connect to
Internet with Epiphany which uses the same proxy and with Chromium 62.x
which is also using the same proxy.

I have tested after removing ~/.config/chromium to be sure that an old
staled configuration was not in the equation.

Please let me know if you need more information.

Thanks!
