[pkg-cinnamon] Closing of old bugtracker bugs already solved with new patches

I saw that new muffin buil already in experimental not include in 
changelog the closing of the "bugs" that solves ( #746142 #740231 ) and 
probably also #690297 but I do not know with certainty.
Would be good to also check thenemo and cinnamon bug reportsand close 
those already resolved with new packages, then to have open only those 
ones still not solved and the new that will be added with new packages.

I have also some questions.

The updated debian repositories are here?

Or are there other repositories with latest changes?

Is there already someone who is starting to make merging upstream of all 
thepossible improvements and fixes made for now on debian?
