Control: retitle -1 cinnamon doesn't launch applications when devices are mounted

Hi!

The issue here is different than the one in the old bug report (that one was
related to /etc/xdg/autostart, and that part is working fine in the new
cinnamon).  So, I'm retitling the bug to reflect that.

Thanks for the report and for trying the new cinnamon out, we will take a look
at what's going on here.
