[pkg-cinnamon] Bug#771418: cinnamon-desktop-environment: Don't depend on replaceable applications (iceweasel, icedove...)

Dear Maintainer,

please change cinnamon-desktop-environment dependencies of icedove, iceweasel,
pidgin and totem to recommendations. They are replaceable and not everyone
wants this applications as default. As long as they are dependencies, it is
hard to replace / remove them.
