Dear Maintainer,
When there is a component selected in the cinnamon-settings, the text below it is rendered in white in a light
gray background. That makes it pretty much entirely unreadable.
For example, the attached screenshot was made after clicking "Keyboard" and then going back to the main settings page.
The text color needs to have a stronger contrast to the background color.
