[pkg-cinnamon] please push muffin tag upstream/2.8.1

Dear cinnamon packaging team,

I am trying to build testing packages of cinnamon 2.8 and see
if I can contribute something, but I found I cannot use gbp
(git-buildpackage) since the tag
	upstream/2.8.1
has not been pushed to the alioth repository.

Also, if you have already gone through the loops and have a set of
packages available, I am happy to test them out.

For now I have built cjs and cinnamon-desktop, but muffin cannot be built.
I will try others in the meantime.
