[pkg-cinnamon] please push muffin tag upstream/2.8.1

You can build them manually and install when needed by deps or build
with software like pbuilder ecc... having the build folder has
additional repository and when build all successfull install them
setting the build result as additional repository in /etc/apt/sources.list

If I remember good:
cinnamon-desktop is the first to build always and build-deps of many
other packages
after these:
cinnamon-translations
cinnamon-session
muffin
cjs
nemo
nemo-fileroller
cinnamon-settings-daemon
cinnamon-control-center
cinnamon-menus
cinnamon-screensaver
and cinnamon after all these as deps
and this if you want:
cinnamon-desktop-environment
