[pkg-cinnamon] Bug#822777: cinnamon-control-center: There are not Gtk-3 themes in the list of window themes, only Gtk-2.

   * What led up to the situation?
I downloaded Mint-X window theme from Git, wanted to apply it, but it was
absent in the list of themes.



   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I started to remove from one theme folder (which contains subfolders: gtk-3.0,
gtk-2.0, unity, etc.), when I removed gtk-2.0 folder, theme disappeared from
the list.
Then I looked into /usr/themes , there all windows themes were in gtk-2.0, even
standart Adwaita theme.
Removing gtk-3.0 subfolder frome theme directory didn't make any changes into
the list.

I think, maybe all problem could be in changing theme engine from native
gtk-3.0 to gtk-2.0...
Earlier all was good, than (recently) I noticed strange changes in appearance
and decided to install new theme: Mint-X. And found such strange behavior.



   * What was the outcome of this action?
I cannot apply Gtk-3 themes, like I could do in "native" distributives for
Cinnamon - Linux Mint or LMDE.

Also I noticed recently that current windows theme "Adwaita" was "broken".
Standart colors in the Nemo file manager disappeared, instead of it is present
a little bit strange palette. The field when there are icons of folders and
files is grey instead of white, just like the panel's with buttons color. The
plane with bookmarks is white instead of grey...
When I press key to edit file's or folder's name, that the color of it doesn't
change at all. There is no highlighting color when I highlight some text with
mouse (in the Nemo).
And there are many other little uncomfortable problems.



   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected that in cinnamon-control-center would be a list of gtk-3 themes and
I could to apply appearance just like in Linux Mint.
The appearence of some programs is a little bit strange.
