The new cinnamon-settings-daemon depends on gir1.2-cvc-1.0

When these bugs were reported, the new csd had not yet 
migrated to testing, but the new cjs and other cinnamon pieces 
had.

There's a Breaks missing in at least one of the packages, I 
suspect it's cjs, but I'll need to do a little investigation.

In the meantime, this bug should be obsolete for anybody using 
Debian testing, as everything has migrated by now.
