Since you reported this bug, we've uploaded a new cinnamon 
version to unstable and it has already migrated to testing.

Could you please verify if your bug is still relevant 
with cinnamon 3.0 ?

This description isn't very clear to me.

If you can still reproduce this issue, please describe in detail 
what actions you are taking and what the result of those 
actions is.
