[pkg-cinnamon] Bug#822777: cinnamon-control-center: There are not Gtk-3 themes in the list of window themes, only Gtk-2.

I just want to clarify:
My problem was in this: I downloaded a gtk theme, that has only the 
gtk-3.0 folder in it. And it does not appeared in the list of window 
themes (look screenshot).
I need to add the empty gtk-2.0 folder for that theme to appear in list.
That was all.
