[pkg-cinnamon] Bug#833480: cinnamon-desktop-environment: Please drop dependency on gnome-icon-theme[-symbolic]

Two years ago, gnome-icon-theme and gnome-icon-theme-symbolic were
abandoned upstream and merged into adwaita-icon-theme. [1] [2]

I encourage you to do what the Debian GNOME team has done recently and
remove the icon theme dependency from individual cinnamon packages and
add it to cinnamon-desktop-environment instead.

Drop dependency on gnome-icon-theme:
- cinnamon-control-center
- cinnamon-screensaver

Drop dependency on gnome-icon-theme-symbolic:
- cinnamon
- cinnamon-control-center

Add dependency on adwaita-icon-theme:
- cinnamon-desktop-environment (this may not be needed since
libgtk-3-0 already depends on adwaita-icon-theme)
