[pkg-cinnamon] Packaging of XApps

Hi Franciscarlos,

A few months ago you filed a bunch of ITP bugs, stating that you intended to 
package the XApps that had been released by Linux Mint.

As far as I can see, this hasn't happened yet.

Cinnamon 3.2 now depends on some xapps libraries, and therefore we intend 
to package those in order to be able to upload cinnamon 3.2.

I think it would make sense to package all of the xapps from the cinnamon team.
You are of course welcome to collaborate with us.
