I already prepared and tested cinnamon 3.6 in debian gits 2-3 months ago
adding also an upstream PR (already queued for cinnamon 3.8 tested and
used already in Fedora packages) about this.
I'm still using it on Sid of my notebook.
Is not uploaded because Maxysaid to skip cinnamon 3.6 that not have
significative big changes (except network part) and close only few
debian bugs.
