I'm sorry about the lack of reply.  We actually did get a new mailing 
list created in the new infrastructure:

debian-cinnamon at lists.debian.org
https://lists.debian.org/debian-cinnamon/

This list should replace pkg-cinnamon-team at lists.alioth.debian.org.  We 
haven't yet done any other work (i.e. import the old mbox, import the 
subscribers, add a redirect).

My understanding from the instructions is that we should send the list 
of subscribers and the mbox to get those imported, I'm not sure what the 
process is for getting a redirect, it'd be nice if you could clarify 
that.
