We worked on this together with Maxy today.<br>

We were able to reproduce this problem in the version of Cinnamon that is<br>
in Jessie.  It seems that somehow the Alt-F1 keybinding was hardcoded in a<br>
way that didn't even appear in the list of keybindings and so it couldn't get<br>
removed.<br>

We also verified that the version in backports doesn't have this issue, so you<br>
could try with that one instead.<br>
<br>
Unfortunately, while we acknowledge that this is a bug, it's not feasible for us<br>
to fix a bug like this in the version in stable.<br>
