      Add a gbp.conf since we're building on a non-default branch
      Convert from DH5 with dpatch to DH7 with Quilt. It makes life much easier if we unify all the MonoDevelop addins on the same packaging.
      Since it's fairly common for the version numbering between MonoDevelop and its addins to fall out of sync, pull in some packaging changes from monodevelop-debugger-mdb which allow the hard-coding of the supported MonoDevelop version number to require in debian/rules - in this case, 2.4.1
      Finalize changelog
