      Add a gbp.conf, since we're not building on the master branch
      Clean up rules file somewhat, and make better use of DH7 abilities
      Play with dh_gencontrol manually, in order to allow mismatching MonoDevelop versions in the dependencies of MonoDevelop addins.
      Don't do any autoreconf foo (copied erroneously from monodevelop-database)
      Use strict version numbers in debian/control for Debhelper and Quilt, to avoid Lintian autoreject
      Don't erase Makefile.in, since we're not doing autoreconf stuff
      Finalize changelog
