    Add a symlink to MonoDevelop's Mono.Debugging.dll, inside the MonoDevelop.Debugger addin's folder. This is required because a separate debug server process is started, with that addin folder as its executing path (therefore it doesn't know to look in ../../bin for Mono.Debugging.dll).
