Jo Shields (9):
      Switch to bz2, not gz, upstream.
      Imported Upstream version 2.8.2
      Merge commit 'upstream/2.8.2' into master-experimental
      Bump MonoDevelop dependency to 2.8.2.
      Bump build-dependencies to Vala 0.12
      Specifically depend on valac 0.12, since we require that version.
      Bump DllMap values in our private DllMap.
      Call dh_autoreconf, to handle changes to Makefile.am.
      New patch debian/patches/dont_handle_ASSEMBLY_CONFIG_upstream.patch. Upstream forgot an EXTRA_DIST file, causing the build to fail.
