+Upstream documentation.  The Openbve website includes various pieces
+of documentation only in HTML format that are not included in the
+source bundles.  This are part of the wider project, and so some of
+them (Credits, Changelog, Release information) have been documented
+and added to resulting binary .deb distribution.  Where possible,
