      Had the wrong Apache license in the copyright file, which caused it to
      Brought the naming convention of the package to the new CLI policy.
      Updating for the proposed dh_installcligac policy changes.
      Bringing log4net into line with the 0.4.0 policy.
      Renamed the path for the /usr/lib/cli stuff.
      Including a link to cli-common-dev (>= 0.4.0) and making a soft link for
