Intend to drop support for bzr.debian.org repositories

Hi all!

When the Debian Common Lisp Team was created [1], it was decided to
support 4 VCSs (in alphabetical order bzr, darcs, git and hg) and then
only two of them (darcs and git) were used.

Since hg was specifically requested by Pierre [2], for the moment I
intend to drop the bzr support only.  I'll ask for it in the next 3 days
if no one speaks differently.
