Bug#492111: stumpwm: Info manual missing some informations

Hello,

as explained by Shawn at [1], CLISP has some problems when it generates
the StumpWM Info manual, missing the documentation for the macros.

However, it seems that also the SBCL-built Info manual [2] is missing
something, as per the attached diff [3].

I don't really have any preference WRT the CL implementation used to
build the manual, but if both produce a broken manual, I'd stay with
CLISP.

    CLX cannot be automatically loaded because of bug #492046:
