/usr/share/common-lisp/systems/ not in asdf:*central-registry*

Hi,

I thought I would write before filing a bug report.  Apparently
/usr/share/common-lisp/systems/ is not in asdf:*central-registry* any
more by default.  Of course adding it manually fixes this, but it used
to be there -- is this change intentional?  I don't know whether it
was added by sbcl or common-lisp-controller.
