Bug#547682: sbcl + common-lisp-controller install raises package lock error

Justification: renders package unusable

When installing sbcl, the following error is raised:

The functionality of SBCL is then severely impaired considering that common-lisp-controller won't compile on it. Furthermore, it's fairly broken when it comes to being used in emacs+slime and other errors abound with it.
