Bug#576234: asdf:make-build not included

ECL's sources contain, in contrib/asdf-ecl.lisp, the function
asdf:make-build, which is a very handy function to build a whole ASDF
system into a variety of targets (including shared library and
executable).

But it is not included in Debian's build.
