Leaving the team, Uploaders: to be fixed

Hi there!

I think it is time for me to officially leave the Debian CL Team: I have
not been active for a while, now, and anyway my general involvement
(being it reading/moderating the mailing list, replying bugs and taking
care of packages) is already below zero for several months.

According to <http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=luca@pca.it> and
<http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=gismo@debian.org>, the
packages were I am still listed in the Uploaders: field are:

- cedilla
- cl-irc
- cl-usocket
- clisp
- common-lisp-controller
- ecl
- ironclad
- libsigsegv
- rfc2388
- s-xml
- slime
- stumpwm
- url-rewrite

If no one complains before, in three days, I will prepare for each
package a commit which will remove myself from the Uploaders: address.
