Bug#587345: Calling `slime-changelog-date' returns nil

Package: slime
Version: 1:20100605-1
Severity: normal

If cl-swank does not exist when I install slime, slime-changelog-date
will return nil. Also slime-protocol-version will be nil in the
compiled file. This causes that I will be asked for a confirmation
when I call slime-connect.

I think slime-changelog-date should read `$DOCDIR/slime/changelog'
rather than `$DOCDIR/cl-swank/changelog' to solve this problem,
because slime is not necessarily installed with cl-swank.
