Briefly, c-l-c_7.1 depends on cl-asdf >= 1.625, but the epoch in cl-asdf
causes troubles:

The other cases you probably referred to are the two following ones,
both with duplicates and both "fixed" from the implementation side
(clisp) and not in the source (c-l-c):
