Common Lisp Controller: symlinks creation

Hello,

I noted that Lintian is reporting that there are some missing manpages
for the Common Lisp Controller package. I checked and they should be
simply some symlinks to existing manpages and I think that the issue
is only that there's no call to dh_link in debian/rules.

You can review attached patch that may fix the issue.
