Hi there!

Given that I have no more interest in maintaining url-rewrite and that
no one from the Debian Common Lisp team expressed interest, hereby I ask
for url-rewrite removal:

Some details:

- 56 popcon installations (with a decreasing curve and no recent), no
  reverse dependencies

- latest upstream version is 0.1.1, released in 2006, available via
  clbuild (both 1 and 2, not tested).
