Bug#642411: endless loop installing cltl

Package: cltl
Version: 1.0.26
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
installing cltl gets the system in an endless loop printing "Downloading CLTL
from the Internet".
The problem is that the file which is being downloaded, cltl_ht.tgz, is not in
gzip format, but in tar format. So the test to find out if the file is a
correct gzip format fails, which in turn makes the system download cltl_ht.tgz
again and again.
Regards,
Peter Huybrechts
