Bug#710730: cl-asdf: Stumpwm failing, cannot find asdf.lisp

Oh, noes! It looks like some packages depended on the precise location
of asdf.lisp, rather than use the implementation's (require :asdf) —
possibly because they are intended to work with ancient
implementations that don't provide asdf?

These packages must be fixed. I suppose I could also re-package
cl-asdf for increased compatibility by having a symlink from the old
location of asdf.lisp to the new location.
