Bug#723977: missing symlink in /usr/share/common-lisp/systems

I have put a package for asdf 3.0.3 on mentors, that fixes this issue,
but it still hasn't been uploaded. Any Lisp DM around? It's not
actually an NMU, despite what the control file says (due to a mixup
with the new maintainer). Do you want me to repackage the thing?
