Bug#723977: missing symlink in /usr/share/common-lisp/systems

Indeed.

I tried loading alexandria and ppcre but I couldn't.

Unfortunately I don't know enough of SBCL/ASDF/Debian to track this
down, but I can confirm that just installing the systems is not enough
for loading them.
