Thanks a whole lot! I fear the 4.1 package still has some
autoconfiguration issues in some cases, but it should work fine for
most debian users. Ubuntu will be well advised to use cl-launch 4.1.1
and the upcoming ASDF 3.1.5, but that's another matter.

I'm happily using cl-launch to replace all my former shell scripting
needs with common-lisp, and it rocks. I suppose at some point, I'll
add buildapp like multi-entry binary support so a single CL image can
implement all my scripts. Actually, I just tried and it's surprisingly
simple, thanks to cl-launch's nice design. I'll publish it after
testing some more...
