Bug#787119: stumpwm: NoDisplay=True makes stumpwm unusable by default

Dear Maintainer,

In /usr/share/xsessions/stumpwm.desktop, we have

NoDisplay=true

which means that stumpwm cannot be launched from a display manager by default.

This line should be removed.
