Bug#857571: RM: cl-salza -- RoQA; unmaintained, RC buggy; dead upstream; low popcon

Please remove cl-salza from the archive.
Upstream seems to have discontinued this project in 2008, which happen
to be the year of the last upload to Debian.
It has a very simple RC bug nobody bothered to fix, and a very low
popcon (15).
