I have pushed a patch that fixes the FTBFS on mips. It was an alignment issue:
I have crafted a patch that I forwarded upstream. I also had to disable FFI on
mips.

So clisp should now be able to build on all release archs where it used to
build, opening the door to a migration to testing (provided we can also close
#752726).

I think the upload is ready. Please let me know if I should go ahead.
