Well, I must confess I'm not used to svn-buildpackage; I've never used
it. I mostly use VCS to maintain debian specific code and patches, and
use upstream tarball downloaded from the web without storing it in SVN.

I need to read svn-buildpackage documentation[0][1] and discussion on
mergeWithUpstream[2] before I can understand what it is, and how we can
use it for pkg-corba packages.

I've put the 4.0.6-2.3 in SVN only as a starting point. I think we can
jump directly to 4.1.0 and fix all bugs for this version.
