Dear Sir,
I am a principal lender, I offer fresh cut BG and SBLC only from Barclays Bank London and HSBC Bank London these are two major bank where we can deliver fresh cut bank instrument from without upfront fee being required except an instrument such as Postdated Bank Draft or MT103/23, this is our banker requirement to lease our fresh cut financial instrument.


DESCRIPTION OF INSTRUMENT:
1. Instrument:		Bank Guarantee {BG/SBLC}
2. Total Face Value:	Eur 10M{Minimum} to Eur 10B{Maximum}
3. Issuing Bank:	HSBC Bank Plc and Barclays Bank Plc {London, U.K}
4. Age:			One Year and One Month
5. Leasing Price:	6%+2% =8%
6. Delivery:		MT-760 {Bank-To-Bank Swift}
7. Payment:		MT103/23
8. Hard Copy:		Bonded Courier Service 


PROCEDURE: 
1. Lessor and Lessee execute, sign and initial this Deed of Agreement which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract.


2. After signing the agreement and simultaneously or latest within 3 banking days with the return of the agreement to the Lessee, Lessee will issue MT-103/23 or Post Dated Bank Draft to Lessor covering Part payment of leasing fee to issuer bank.


3. Lessor will issue, deliver and SWIFT MT760 of BG/SBLC to Lessee’s bank for authentication & verification of the BG/SBLC in favor of Lessee, not later than 72 hours of receipt of the lessee’s MT-103/23 or Postdated Bank Draft covering leasing fee and brokers commission. Lessor will cause his banker to swift copy of electronic  copy of BG/SBLC to lessee bank coordinate.


4. Within 3 banking days of confirmation of the Lessor's swift MT760 of BG/SBLC at Lessee's bankers, Lessee will lift condition, or by wire transfer of the leasing fee for the bank transmission charges into the Lessor’s bank account.


5. Within 7 banking days after confirmation of receipt of payment of the leasing fees, the Lessor will deliver the hard copy of the BG/SBLC to the Lessee's bank via bank bonded courier.

We don't entertain time wasters and joker brokers, as all mail will be screen by our security department.
