When upgrading to 4.1.5 I can't apply this patch any longer.  The only
issue is that the tools get built using -lpthread which is obsolete
since they would be fine using -lomnithread.  However tracing back
where -lpthread gets added (OMNITHREAD_LIB in mk/beforeauto.mk.in) and
removing it from there does not work as this make variable is also
used to build other parts which do need it.  So it seems like trying
to avoid using -lpthread will result is some build system rewriting
instead of just changing a variable, which I'm not very inclined to
do.  Certainly not as upstream doesn't seem to care.

And since libpthread gets pulled in via libomnithread anyway there is
very little harm in having that link dependency left.  Hence I'm
probably just going to leave it.
