[Pkg-corba-devel] omniorb 4.1.6 & python-omniorb 3.6

Hi,

I've started finishing the upgrade of the new releases of omniORB.
Basically they are ready and could be uploaded.  However I tried using
the new dpkg-buildflags from dpkg-dev 1.16.1 and when using that
building omniORB no longer works due to the new security flags being
enabled.  Having only had a quick look at the problems so far I don't
think the issues will be very easy to solve and might take a while and
would probably also require input from upstream.

Therefore I think it's best to just upload the current version without
adding the extra security flags, then we can worry about a -2 version
to add those flags.  What do others think?
