[Pkg-cups-devel] merging Ubuntu patch?

Hi,

Some monthes ago, I talked with Martin Pitt by mail about his Ubuntu
patch.

Some part of this patch has unneeded for Debian, but others look nice
feature.

* poppler: Ubuntu uses poppler instead of xpdf to convert PDF to PS.
  It looks nice, but I'm not certain poppler really works even if user
  uses CJK PDF. 

* derooting: In Ubuntu, cupsd is running with 'cupsys' user
  permission, instead of root. It may need some tweak to cups-pdf or
  some others.

I'm considering whether we can merge them or not at this time.
